[Video] 7 personnel confirmed dead after military aircraft crashed in Abuja

The Nigerian Air Force has confirmed the death of seven personnel after one of its military aircraft crashed in Abuja. 

The military aircraft, Beechcraft KingAir B350i crashed at Bassa Airport Village on Sunday morning, February 21, after reporting engine failure.

Air Vice-Marshal Ibikunle Daramola, NAF Director of public relation and information, said in a statement that the aircraft crashed while returning to the Abuja Airport after reporting engine failure en route Minna.

He also said all the 7 personnel on board sadly died in the crash.
